Side walls built in in 2.4m (8ft) sections.
PRESERVATIVE:
All outside timbers (excluding floor) are treated with one coat of Cuprinol decorative preservative.
FRAMEWORK:
100mm x 50mm and 75mm x 50mm and 75mm x 75mm
(4in x 2in, 3in x 2in and 3in x 3in).
ROOF:
16mm (5/8in) tongued and grooved timbers 100mm x 50mm purlins. Covered with green mineral felt slates, glass fibre based.
FLOOR:
22mm (7/8in) tongued and grooved boarding on 75mm x 50mm (3in x 2in) floor joints (reduction in price if no floor).
WINDOWS:
Front gable windows non opening Georgian style. Size 1200 x 1200 (4ft x 4ft). Side windows with side opening sashes. Size 1524 long x 1200 high (5ft x 4ft).
WINDOW BOXES:
Two under window in front gable of building.
DOUBLE DOOR:
Georgian style with 4mm toughened safety glass and solid bottom panels complete with lock and keys and two internal bolts.Delivered and assembled free to most mainland areas
