All Statesman windows are manufactured in accordance with BS644 Part 1, 1989, BS1186 Part 1, 1991 and Part 2 1988, and tested by the methods designated in BS6375 and BS5368 for air permeability, water tightness and wind resistance.All Magnet windows are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials for 10 years.Magnet window frames are preservative treated against attack by fungal decay or rot and give a desired service life for 30 years.Magnet external Hemlock and Softwood doors are factory treated by a double vacuum pressure impregnation process using preservative that guards against fungal decay and rot.
